Born in Venice in 1907. He studied sculpture at the Istituto Superiore d'Arte in Venice, attended the Nude School at the Academy of the same city and obtained his qualification for artistic teaching in 1929, also in Venice. He was director of the Art Institute of Fano. He began exhibiting in 1931, participating in the main national and international exhibitions, including several times at the Rome Quadrennial and the Venice Biennale. He was present at the Padua Bronzetto Exhibitions and, as a medalist, also at some international FIDEM exhibitions. He died in 1981.
